Storytelling

I have experience in magazine and book editorial, at Harper’s Magazine and Farrar, Straus and Giroux, and in freelance technical writing and editing for clinicians and a consumer-genetics company.

I have also assisted with visual storytelling for Osmo, Capital Continuum, and the Eno River Players: writing and visual direction for commercials, graphic design that carries a paper's story, and web design for the spirit of a modern classical theater company.

Teaching

For over ten years, I’ve maintained a private tutoring practice. I have deep expertise teaching the ACT and SAT. I also teach a range of subjects, including English and math through calculus.
